Completely ignorant here. What happens to individuals that are ineligible for passport issuance? Are they just extra-screwed?
- daveoc64 2y agoThere is usually a complicated list of documents that can be used. Depending on the legal process in question, another photo ID (e.g. driving licence) may still be needed.
- zabzonk 2y agoPretty much. But they may have other IDs like driving licences. And they are introducing electronic visas for immigrants.
