Hey, congrats on shipping your first project! I'm excited for you. My feedback for you would be that it sounds to me from the way you describe what you're working on that I'm not sure you've spent enough time speaking to users before building something. For example, I've spent a few years in therapy, but I'm not sure I've ever wanted to share the contents of my journal with my therapist. I mean I guess I could do that, there's nothing stopping me, but I could also just describe in my own words how I feel when I talk to my therapist. Perhaps this is something people do, but it's not something I've heard of people doing. If you're not sure if that's something people do and you've guessed that that's a point of friction without observing users, then I would suggest going out and speaking to as many users as possible about how they interact with their therapist.
