The first ride I ever had in a Tesla, the driver tried to show off the different “mood” settings. He was trying to demo the “romantic” settings(not sure what it’s called) and we found there was a bug that caused one of the buttons to make fart noises every couple of presses.
So, yeah, glad they continue to invest in mind blowing tech.
- thebruce87m 2y agoI’d bet that bug has been fixed. All my other cars had the same bugs on the first day and last day of ownership, despite yearly visits for servicing. Most annoying was my Nissan Qashqai radio which would sometimes stay on for 10 minutes after the car was parked and locked - could hear the thing from my kitchen blaring away until the deeper sleep kicked in and killed the 12v feed.
- Kirby64 2y agoIt cuts both ways: new bugs added later. Overall it’s good thing, I’d say. Any other car with an annoying problem they’ll just try to convince you to buy the next model year (that might or might not fix the issue).
