David tolnay should have filed a defensive software patent to be more precise then!
- conartist6 2y agoIt isn't clear to me that there is any such thing as a "defensive patent." I've looked into trying to get such a thing for my work but my understanding is that it would offer me exactly 0 protection for being sued over what I have made.
