I'm not an investor but this story is a big pile of red flags to me. You need to get your operational concerns resolved and show you can manage what you've already built as well as sustain a working team before you can reasonably expect people to give you additional capital.
- vednig 2y agoI was able to resolve the operational issues and turn around to bring our company to a restored path within weeks of first incident, and at least to me this says a lot. Now, I'm already working on additional ways to find and sustain the business.
- codingdave 2y agoThen you need to get better at telling your story. Because your posts says: "We can only support current users now, after our PG(Cashfree) without any reasonable communication stopped recurring payments for the service."
- vednig 2y agoYeah that happened too, so now we're partnering up with a very new merchant of record provider but we're (currently) not onboarding new users.
