One of my favorite memories is Christmas year 2000, when I was with my father and my grandparents on his side, and my father had bought a PlayStation 2 for me. Me and him stayed up long playing Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. We were a bit scared to even stop playing, because we didn’t have any memory card to save progress on at first. But we left the console powered on over night and resumed playing the next day, and did the same for the next few days and then my father went and bought a memory card so we could save the progress. Good times :)
