is it compatible with Python 3.13?

  Isn't pretty much everything compatible with 3.13? The packages, which were affected by breaking changes (numpy, cython, scipy and so on) were patched months ago.

    It should be. But I havent tested it specifically for 3.13. I plant to add such test in the future in ci worklow
