Depends how old it is. Our second-hand electric van was owned by the dealer as a demo model and only driven 900km. That’s as good as new as far as I was concerned, and cost 2/3 of the price of a brand new model. A good battery test (that can detect ‘juicing’) will only cost a few hundred dollars - it’s just part of your pre-inspection reports, like you’d do for any second-hand vehicle.
