We also get those a lot for our service. I’m not sure if they are AI generated but many are low quality. The problem is as part of our processes we are required to respond and triage every report and keep an audit trail for them. As a result I started project to use various fine tuned LLMs to do this part for us. I guess this is a case of needing a bigger gun to deal with the guys with gun!
