I understand the motive of the lawyers, but why do the law and the licensing bodies allow them to get away with this? If a dentist gets caught drilling healthy teeth he'll be sent to prison, or at least lose his license. Baseless legal threats may not be bodily harm, but on many occasions they've driven people to suicide. Lawyers are utterly lawless.
