From the article, Crow said "They are good and honorable people and no one should be treated this way."
Look, I'm a good and honorable person too. Why can't I be treated that way? Meaning, why can't I get free flights on private jets, and free trips on yachts? What do I need to do to be recognized as good and honorable, other than presiding over court cases which affect billionaires? It's a tough road to hoe.
- luxuryballs 2y agoI mean you totally can be treated that way, it’s just depends on your own private matters, as in you’re not barred from having a private life, just like anyone else.
- thyrsus 2y agoAccepting that kind of gift from any entity doing business with my employer is explicitly forbidden in our business ethics policy, under penalty of termination. These billionaires frequently have business before the court.
- luxuryballs 2y agohow was I suppose to know that is what you meant o.O that’s of course, your private business but would have helped contextually understand your situation, and there’s probably a lot of parties you can still do business with otherwise right?
