I still use a L1 charger in a SFH because an overnight charge at L1 speeds is 3x my daily driving usage, so I haven't bothered to hire an electrician.

- r00fus 2y agoA while back my 240v plug burnt out so while I waited for my electrician to fix it, we were forced to use 110v (we have 2 EVs) and it was manageable (I have a long commute but hybrid in-office).
