Show HN: I made a site that only operates during 9 to 5
- davydm 2y ago9 to 5, but _where_? We don't all have the same 9-to-5...
- Minor49er 2y agoAmerica/New York, as the page very clearly states upfront
- not_your_vase 2y agoIt does? "Current time is 18:13:17 in Europe/XXXX. We are closed." Update: the message was updated, now it suggests to work by your local time
- Minor49er 2y agoI don't think it's local time. My timezone is set to Chicago but the site still says New York for me. I'm not using a VPN or proxy either
- not_your_vase 2y agoSeems to be closed now... Anyway. www.bhphotovideo.com - the last I checked (which was a while ago admittedly) their website also adhered to Shabbat, not only their staff.
