PG said on X today how he explained to an English lady why Elon is not an "evil person" (1). If indeed he isn’t evil we will see the posts made available again

  Evil is... such a loaded term. Lets say instead that he has a history of callous disregard for the rights and dignity of others, the truth, those closest to him (partners, children, etc), and the world at large. I think for a lot of people his conduct towards the divers in the Thai cave rescue was a wake-up call, especially when he proved to be unrepentant in the face of evidence that he was wrong. I would call him selfish, malicious, greedy, and callous. If that adds up to your definition of evil, then yeah.

I mean, that fits most definitions of ‘evil’, other than the cartoonish moustache-twirling variety, which was always more of a literary trope than a real thing.
