It seems strange to me in a time when incomes have been stagnant for decades and food prices have never been higher, the big trend has been away from tradition money-saving strategies- like learning to cook, buying in bulk either in stores or in buying clubs, supplemental gardens, and weekly meal prep with a focus on related meals reusing key ingredients- the continued hot topic in filling human bellies is even more delivery and extreme catering to our impulses. So bizarre.
