Modern agriculture enormously increased the amount of food we produce, but overexploitation and the choice of quantity over quality impoverished the outputs.
We have more quantity of less nutritious food[1], more food waste, and we are driving the world fast toward the point where it can't sustain all of us, creating conflicts[2].
