From a capability perspective, they are all essentially Chromium wrappers. The advantages, as I understand, are:
* Modern framework (updated language APIs, more user-friendly APIs, and better integration with popular libraries).
* Multi-language wrappers (this might just be a lot of grunt work).
* Multi-engine support (almost everything except IE is supported).
Of course, people always like new things, and new things do tend to generate more buzz.
