I am not sure I see a technocracy as yet, and to me it seems the underlying philosophy is simply dark enlightenment. I find dark enlightenment is an incomplete perspective for determining any basis of truth and reality. Even if the goal is to optimize game theoretic interactions, dark enlightenment leaves one wanting in interactions where the other players favor cooperation and mutual benefits.
