Why online returns are a hassle now

Leave it on your porch/mail area and we’ll pick it up for you. (That’s for merchants that use our solution. I believe Uber and Doordash? offer something similar for consumers directly.) One way or another, merchants are struggling making returns sustainable with rising shipping costs, returns fraud, and overall high return rates. Often making the experience poor in the process.
