Eyebrow raise.
- DiggyJohnson 2y agoAt what? This is clearly true by experience. As long as you remember it’s a rate and not an absolute statement. Cool kids still go to more parties and are less terminally online than their lamer peers, but it’s a lot less parties and a lot more screen time for the cool kid as well.
- deadbabe 2y agoI think the eyebrow raise is due to the fact that nobody cool uses Snapchat anymore. It’s like Facebook now.
- dag11 2y agoFor millenials and older gen z yeah, but it's my understanding (and my complete surprise as a millenial) that snapchat is actually big again amongst actual children. Can anyone who better knows the reality here chime in?
- deadbabe 2y agoChildren aren’t cool.
- paulryanrogers 2y agoTry convincing the other children of this.
- DavidPiper 2y agoYeah one of my younger brothers falls into this category, his Snapchat streaks have been going for years - from middle school to mid-university so far, and that's not an exaggeration.
- teractiveodular 2y agoCan confirm, Gen Alpha is all about Snapchat, and their DAUs bear this out: https://www.statista.com/statistics/545967/snapchat-app-dau/ https://www.statista.com/statistics/545967/snapchat-app-dau/
- LorenzoGood 2y agoAs an 18 year old, this sounds untrue, and oversimplified. Nobody cares about their snapscore.
