I don't work on anything important enough to care, but if they're dumb but deliver results that make management happy, then they aren't dumb. If they don't deliver results, then it will sort itself out over time. If you really can't stand it, then seek greener pastures.
- 000ooo000 2y agoNot sure I agree with the idea that satisfying management disqualifies someone as dumb, but it's a decent point that at work, at the end of the day, we're just there to deliver what's expected of us, which adds some relevant perspective IMHO.
