There have been a couple of new houses built in the neighborhood, tearing down the existing homes. And they are huge. One is next to a couple of quadplex (4x700sf apartments) and it dwarfs them. One interesting design feature is the garage, it's fully half the building. It can hold a bus-sized RV and one more than one of those massive modern pickups. It's wasting a lot of space above the vehicles since there's no bonus room or storage up there.
