It would be interesting to run each task (likely in simulation), measure the stack size they need, and pre-allocate. That would alleviate the downside of giving each task a stack a lot. Worth reminding that lots of tasks don't need their own stack, so detecting (or hinting) that would be extremely worthwhile.
