- reaperman 2y agoI believe y'all is growing substantially in geographic prevalence over the past 10 years or so. Most people who are exposed to it for a little while tend to assimilate it into their own lexicon surprisingly quickly - the gap in English is really a vacuum that very much wants to be filled. Personally, I desperately want a socially-adoptable singular vs. plural differentiation for "them".
