I strongly encourage new junior hires to read MDN, specifications, etc. However, for some, it is like they cannot absorb information if its not in video format.

I strongly encourage new junior hires to read MDN, specifications, etc. However, for some, it is like they cannot absorb information if its not in video format.
- dehrmann 2y agoI'm frustrated at how often a how-to for something that takes three sentences to explain is a video. At the same time, it's amazing for things like simple home and car maintenance.
