Yeah, there really needs to be some worker protection legislation makes ghost jobs a crime.
- lazide 2y agoIt already is. It just isn’t enforced by the DOL/ICE. (Those offers need to actually be legitimate, or it’s fraud).
- tartoran 2y agoIs this actually enforced? There are still ghost jobs being posted.

- lazide 2y agoNear as I can tell, it’s similar to ‘don’t talk about salary at work’ stuff - technically maybe if you can prove it and complain to the right person, but it’s everywhere.
