Who said she doesn't respect that? By your logic, nobody should speak their minds. I think it's naive of you to posit that Instagram, Zynga, etc. are life-changing ideas. Not that entertainment doesn't have value, but I think she's spot on in expressing some concern that some of our generation's brightest minds are working on "pornified" entertainment.
