So all the countries that legally require citizens to have bunkers and hardened rooms in good working order are all in on a scam? I'm not buying it. This seems more like a cope for the fact that the US has not invested in bunkers or encouraged it's citizens to build them via tax credits. If I could find a reputable company to build my underground home I would not hesitate. One can not build a more green and energy efficient home than going underground if done correctly and I would do it correctly. And no, not from Atlas shelters.
