We need to curtail the Patent Industry, not Samsung.
- einhverfr 14y agoEvidently Apple has patented the rectangle and working their way up to the wheel....
- ams6110 14y agoTo be fair, no. They argument is not that the device is rectangular. Their argument is that very specific elements of the device and its packaging are virtually identical to Apple's designs.
