From the knowledgebase article [1]:
> This issue will only appear if Domino is restarted on or after Dec 13, 2024. A router error will occur which results in delivery failures due to a routing loop. Mail rules will also start failing.
> This problem is not caused by a recent code change and it does not impact security. This bug exists since 30+ years and seem to impact all versions of Domino, it was not detected by IBM nor by Lotus before.
