This is called "dumping" and is usually already illegal based on anti-competitive grounds, though mostly seems to only be enforced for international trade.
- mschuster91 2y agoIt's also really REALLY hard to prove dumping tactics, unfortunately, at least if there isn't a global commodity for the resource in question - it is easy to prove dumping/loss leads for stuff like grain, rice, coffee or whatnot, but a TV with its complex supply chains?
