There was a different article I was trying to think of earlier when I wrote this comment which eluded me, and it just hit me: a friend of Assange's from University where they were doing mathematics and physics wrote it. Obviously it's a "biased" account, but the public space has been bombarded with hundreds and thousands of biased accounts from the perspective of the powerful people upset by Wikileaks.
