For those thinking this doesn't hold, note that "wlog" means without loss of generality (having numerous examples in proofs).
- lizzas 2y agoA good example of the shortening of proofs. Like "Observe that... {unproven thing}" It is not necessarily bad but explains why every step isn't always proven. To avoid tedium and long papers.
