- ericmay 2y agoHow is it unrelated? The topic was the shooting dead of another person on the street in broad daylight. If we abolished the 2nd Amendment, maybe the shooter doesn’t get access to a gun to shoot dead the CEO. That would be good right? Shouldn’t we prevent people from obtaining guns and shooting other people? Consider reading (or re-reading) the OP and my response - I don’t think it’s ever acceptable for anyone to shoot another law abiding citizen dead. The shooter isn’t the arbiter of justice and what he did was awful. America has lots of issues and it’s a very large country, as such it does run some things quite well (especially when allowed to do so), just as some countries run some things quite poorly.
