Pretty sure they aren't talking about Initial Coin Offerings. Any clue what they mean?

- intuitionist 2y agoIt’s in an email from January 2018, between Silicon Valley tech bros, next to discussion of fundraising. Of course they’re talking about an initial coin offering.
