Can't you just get an OPEN/CLOSED sign for like $1? Or write "BUSY" on a piece of paper and tape it to the back of your screen? Or just tell who ever is bothering you to fuck off for five minutes Or just keep a loaded gun on your desk as a deterrent Or just stop working with other people and achieve enlightenment
