I had this kind of stuff done repeatedly by a business competitor who kept kneecapping me as viciously as Tonya Harding. ddos, abuse and dmca complaints (they’d copy my website word for word then dmca it saying mine was an obvious copy of theirs).. it went on for oh I’d say about 10 years before I was finally , successfully intimidated and run out of business. and they’re still around, peddling software of mine they plagiarized. I probably had a good case for slander , tortuous interference or whatever but didn’t know that until it was too late to sue for damages. meanwhile their own provider, was like “so?”
