I use yellow glasses for driving at night, and low-blue bulbs (amber and orange bulbs, and a dimmer switch on halogen bulbs) for lighting inside at night. Interesting information on your links. There are some local businesses that have hazardous amounts of blue lights, so I might get some of these orange glasses. Commenting here as a bookmark. :)
