That's not "controlling the weather" anymore than a person with a box of matches can control fire.
- vasco 2y agoI literally agree with the second sentence. Humans control fire. If we can make it rain whenever we want we also control the weather. If they didn't they wouldn't need laws preventing them from overdoing it.
