Albertsons calls off merger and sues Kroger
- JohnFen 2y agoI'm so pleased that the merger is scuttled. Kroger has already acquired the majority of the supermarkets in my area. I was nervous that it would become almost impossible to avoid shopping at a Kroger-owned business if Albertsons joined them.
- insane_dreamer 2y agoThankfully some good news. That merger was terrible for everyone except the shareholders. Glad the FTC was able to get that in before the new admin took over.

- nxobject 2y agoPerhaps an alternative way for the C-suite to fund their bonuses since they no longer get a golden parachute?
