- alt227 2y agoThe problem there is discovery. When someone local to you made a low budget film or documentary and released it on DVD, you would see that for sale in your local stores and gas stations. Now if people put that stuff on youtube it just gets lost in the noise and rarely will get the local exposure it once would have.
