No idea if this is real or not but neuropathy is horrible. I had a mild case of it after hurting my back which caused spinal inflammation.
Sensations of tiny zaps all over my body 24/7, most noticeable when falling asleep.
Ibuprofen helped a bit, fortunately it went away after a few months.
