No. Wage theft is a far bigger problem then shoplifting, but which one gets prosecuted more?

One happens in broad daylight in front of everyone, and the other is an almost always a case of one person's word against another, and unreported. 2) how many prosecutions do you think there are for shoplifting? I'm genuinely interested to know, and couldn't find it. 3) Even if you ignore this, the public cares a lot about shop lifting! you dont need a judicial capture conspiracy.
