- palata 2y agoI don't see how it could make any sense... How can one sue a company for not having found a solution to a problem? Can I now sue banks because they encrypt a lot of communications but haven't found a way to prevent "bad guys" (for some definition of "bad guys") to encrypt theirs? Can I sue SpaceX because instead of building rockets, they could have invested their money in building trains in the US?
