Introducing Mailroom: An open-source internal notification framework
- denysvitali 2y agoNice! This looks incredibly similar to a tool I've been working on at $job and that will be open-sourced soon. Congrats on the release!
- colinodell 2y agoThank you! We've been surprised by how few solutions for this exist today, so I'd be excited to see what y'all open-source.
- thekevan 2y agoI will never understand why blogs on a subdomain will STILL not include a link on the page back to the organization they are blogging about.
- browningstreet 2y agoI often think the same for newsletter, knowledge base, and technical support sub-sites…
- revskill 2y agoThey have a backlog item on it but it is not prioritized.
- klysm 2y agoThe devs weren’t able to explain how it would increase revenue
- anbotero 2y agoI thought it was just me! You click on their logo/site name, thinking it’ll send you to their main Website... nope! They are doing the same with documentation sites. Is that better for SEO or what? Not even one link? Or hidden? Who thought that was an awesome idea?
- colinodell 2y agoWhoops, this oversight has been fixed! Appreciate you mentioning this.
- chrisdalke 2y agoThis is great. I can't count how many times I've setup an ad-hoc Slack bot that posts to a channel using the API. Each time it's usually the same, a lot of boilerplate to handle each platform's event stream and get the block layout looking nice in Slack.
