- JohnFen 2y agoI certainly wouldn't answer any sort of medical survey, including mental health, that an employer asks for. That's incredibly sensitive information and is none of their business.
- more_corn 2y agoSurely this is illegal. In any country with labor protection laws the company would be looking at a hundred employment lawsuits.
