  > In the US, almost every coffee shop serves drip coffee. Not in my part of the US. Drip coffee is extremely rare outside of restaurants and doughnut shops. Starbucks might serve it, too, I don't know. Most coffee shops offer "americanos" (watered-down espresso) as the substitute for drip coffee.
