I don’t want to be able to use Common Lisp in addition to Emacs Lisp or Guile Scheme. I want to be able to use only Common Lisp, never Scheme or C. I do not want to ever have to see #include (C) or #f (Scheme) in any project.

It should be possible to do everything equivalently from any of the supported languages. But unless you rewrite everyone else's code you may still have to acknowledge the languages you don't like. Perhaps you'd prefer Lem? https://github.com/lem-project/lem https://github.com/lem-project/lem
