I tried Google it but no luck.
- exe34 2y agowait if crypto is gambling, then they don't tax the proceeds, right? but I'm pretty sure they tax it as capital gains..... so it's gambling for advertising purposes but capital investment for tax purposes... I suppose the law is an ass.
