Google sues to stop the US from monitoring it like a bank
- dlcarrier 2y agoIsn't in wonderful that the government is monitoring our transactions, to protect us? I had to live off of savings for an extended period of time, after they locked out a significant portion of small businesses from participating in the economy in 2020. The FTB, California's version of the IRS, noticed the unusual activity activity on my account, of me still paying my mortgage, despite not getting any income, and were nice enough to send me a bill asking for tens of thousands of dollars, because it's really difficult to live off of savings, so surely I owe them taxes for something.
